I only process as much data as is necessary for the purpose of their processing. I process the following personal data:

NO. Your data is only used to communicate with me. They are not made available to any persons, entities or companies.

I process your personal data on the basis of art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b GDPR, i.e. for the purpose of communicating with you and fulfilling your inquiry contained in the contact form “What are you writing about?” on the website: rafalborcz.pl, i.e. orders or to take actions contained in the above-mentioned form, in particular for the purpose of:
a) purchase of my works;
b) orders;
c) exhibitions/events;
d) other matter concerning my creative activity;

You have the right to request from the Administrator:
a) Access to the content of your data, pursuant to art. 15 GDPR,
b) Correcting your data, pursuant to art. 16 GDPR,
c) Removal of your data, pursuant to art. 17 GDPR (“right to be forgotten”),

1. The Service Provider’s website uses “cookies”. No change in the browser settings on the part of the Service Recipient is tantamount to consent to their use.
